Abstract

Abstract: Sumenep society basically does not recognize a common burialplace, except for the urban community that was already difficult to obtainland for a family tomb. Each family own a particular location as a place tobury the bodies to family members who died, either in part garden soil andsoil tegalnya. One burial site, normally, reserved for family or extendedfamily breadth. In fact, there is also the tomb consists of only two pieces andare in a position attached to the neighboring house, though still within theboundaries of the land itself. The existence of the tombs were small andscattered in the yard of the population are found, especially in rural areas.Moreover, there is no rule stipulating that the bodies should be buried at adesignated spot. The most fundamental reason of the burial ground itself is sothat the souls (spirits) of the deceased can be fused with the ground so that itspresence is quiet and does not wander.

Abstract

Abstract: Boarding scientific developments show an increasing trend. Some development has taken place and are taking place in schools. Including one development methodology reading yellow book. There are several methodologies reading yellow book that has been present in schools. One of them is a method of reading the book of al-miftah developed by Islamic boarding school of Sidogiri. Al-miftah method is a combination of the Salaf methods combined with modern touches. One of the most prominent is the use of favorite songs of young people who arranged with lyrics payload read the book. Things are not found in other books read method. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the methods of al-miftah in improving literacy yellow book for new students at boarding Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. This study uses a quantitative research by presenting statistical data to answer and measure the level of effectiveness of the use of the methods of al-Miftah in the application of the Guidance Reading Yellow Book at boarding Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. This study showed that: 1) the application of the methods of al-miftah for new students at boarding Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan is good; 2) The results of study by the method of al-miftah at boarding Syaichona Moh. Cholil is good; and 3) the application of the methods of al-miftah in improving reading skills for students new yellow book boarding School Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan have a positive impact on learning outcomes of new students. Third of these results we can conclude that the method of al-Miftah proven effective in improving literacy Yellow Book for new students at boarding Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan.

Abstract

Religion in contemporary religious discourse emerge with many faces (multifaces). Religion is no longer just a problem exclusively associated with divinity, faith, way of life, and so on. Each of the secular ideology, traditionalists and modernists has its own positive and negative sides; traditionalist ideology which is actually quite rich with a variety of classical Islamic thought, but rather with the wealth of the proponents of this idea is strongly oriented to the past and are very selective accept the ideas of modernization; so did the Islamic modernists who tend to show itself as a flexible thinking and, further, developing the liberal tendencies. Responding to this, the contemporary Islamic thinkers initiated a new movement known as post-traditionalism and postmodernism. Ideology as a definition of the concept of applying the principle of opinion made give direction and purpose to the survival of a true movement is tentative. That is a movement, which in the past considered a traditionalist ideology; very likely at present to change course on the ideology of post-traditionalism, modernism, post-modernism, or even secular. Abstract

Syar’iyah Court has fairly broad authority other than the authority that comes from within its jurisdiction, also the authority in jinayat namely civil and criminal law, as well as mu’amalah which actually comes from the authority of the District Court, as stipulated in Qanun No. 10 2002 on the Islamic Sharia Courts, the substantive law and procedural law (the law of the event) to be used in completing the judge actions and muamalah jinayah under its authority is derived from the Shari’a. Material and formal law will be governed by the bylaws. During the substantive law and procedural law in question does not, the settlement judge actions carried out by the legislation in force. In Article 128 paragraph (2) of Law Number 11 Year 2006 concerning Aceh Government mentioned Syar’iyah Court is a court for any person who is Muslim and remain in Aceh.

Abstract

Islamic waqf system caused by the economic system of Islam, which considers that the economy is closely linked with theology and Islamic law, as well as the balance between the economy and the benefit of society. Endowments can be a source pendaaan of the people for the people, either for religious, social, and economic. For the understanding of the function of waqf should be socialized and become a collective movement of the whole society in order to improve the economy of the people. Waqf institutions become a financial source for Islamic educational institutions. Optimal utilization of endowments to help the government in the welfare of the people because if the endowment is managed properly it will greatly support the development, both in the field of education, economic, religious, social, cultural, political, and defense and security. In the management of waqf, not only to be done in a professional manner but also transparent and accountable. Both of these factors should be embodied in the management of waqf property because the property that have endowments will move belongs to the people. Thus professional management, transparency and accountability, the Waqif right to correct information, clearly dn honest about the conditions that have been waqf property.

Abstract

Ta'lim al-Tariq al-Ta'allum Muta'llim be a monumental books in the field of education that leads into learning Islamic education in Indonesia, especially boarding school. Ta'lim al-Tariq al-Ta'allum Muta'llim taught as a basic concept of the introduction of community learning for students. Meanwhile, the concepts of modern teaching and learning continued to emerge. The concept of modern teaching and learning offers the concept of teaching and learning more complete. The emergence of the concept of modern teaching and learning are then led to the rejection of the concept and the attitude of the Salaf learning. Many thought emerged that speak for this refusal. The concept of Islamic education proposed Az Zarnuji cover some concepts: (1) The philosophy of science; (2) Motivation to learn; (3) Selection Process science; (4) Respect for science and scholars; (5) etor learning, learning continuity; (6) The onset and intensity of learning and martinet; (7) resignation to God; (8) Time and time to learn; (9) Love and giving advice; (10) curiosity; (11) Wara '; (12) The cause memorized and forgotten; (13) The issue of sustenance and age.

Abstract

Legal marriage in Morocco is not much different from the law of marriage in Islamic countries. Regulations related to marriage was almost the same with Indonesia, it dikarenan could be due to the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) in Indonesia reflect to Mudawwanat al-Usrah in Morocco or it could be because society Morocco and the people on Indonesia equally homage to the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al -jama'ah (Aswaja), in Morocco Maliki that guide and in Indonesia Shafi'i school of being a role model. Morocco is not allowed to marry 'urfi (married Sirri). In addition to its urfi marriage was considered a disgrace, this type of marriage is prohibited by the laws of marriage Morocco.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an owning many idiosyncrasy, not only guidance moslem people life, on the other side, language of Al-Qur’an also invite astonishment manner for all human being, moslem and also non moslem. In this case, researcher will study al-Nur Surah and all language idiosyncrasy in it. This research is aimed at: 1. To know any kind of language esthetic side evaluated from science of Arabic language rhetorica (ilm al-Balaghah) in al-Nur Surah 2. To know how language artistic illustration in al-Nur. The design of this research is qualitative research which is use a descriptive analysis Approach and with reference triangulation method, that is a style try to show message from Al-Qur’an as alive message, present and concrete can make comprehension for the reciter and give hard motivation to practice the holy message contained inside Al-qur’an. The subjects were the sentences in al-Nur which representing to 24 of Al-Qur’an Surah. Al-Nur which discussing many moral social of society and arrange the social order of society by usage beauty of Arabic Ianguage from Ianguage illustrative, esthetics value and the beauty of very high rhetoric Ianguage which has no equal in this world. So that this Ianguage easy to touched being soul and logic and be especial reference in take of law and mannage pattern live society.
